Return & Exchange
It is necessary and obligatory to be registered as a customer at yumas.com to be able to make changes and returns.
At Yumas we work for the complete satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, if you are not
satisfied with your purchase, we offer you two options:
• Changes in size, color or style
• Returning the item to get the money paid for it back
Therefore, if you want to return or exchange a product, you can do so within a maximum of 14 days of receipt, as long the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
In the event that you want to make the return to get your money back, you should know that the cost of sending the package to return is always borne by the customer, except for promotions where we indicate the free return.
The procedure is the same for both an exchange and a return. You must first request the return of the product and then repurchase the new product you wish to receive to make the exchange.
In the event of an error by our production team that could affect the quality of the product, we are responsible for collection and free replacement after verification by Yumas Quality Department. (In Peninsular Spain).
To request a refund you need to follow the steps below:
If you are requesting the return from a computer:
Go to your order overview, which you can find in your private user area in our online shop, in the ORDERS section.
Click the VIEW DETAILS button on the order you wish to return.
There you will find a return/exchange box that you must click to request an exchange or return. If you mark it, a text field will appear in which you can write a comment. For example, you can use it to let us know that you would prefer to make a change in size, color or style.
If you are requesting a return from a phone or tablet:
Go to the summary of your order, which you can find in your private user area in our online shop, in the ORDERS section.
Click the VIEW DETAILS button on the order you wish to return.
You will find two accesses: "Order Information" and "Order Summary". You must select "Order Summary".
Once inside, you will find a return/exchange box that you have to click & request a return or exchange. If you mark it, a text field will appear in which you can write any comment you want. For example, you can use it to let us know that you would rather make a change in size, color or style.
If you paid by bank transfer, payment with Bizum or cash on delivery, please provide the account number to which you would like the refund to be sent. Whether you have requested a change or a return, you must wait for our response before shipping your package.
Send your package using any carrier (we recommend Correos), in its original packaging, to the following address: Calle Severo Ochoa 10, 03203 Elche (Alicante) - Spain. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer; we always recommend a return with proof of receipt to ensure that Yumas have correctly received it.
The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after the return, if we receive the product in perfect condition.
Balearic Islands and other countries
You must notify us through the website that you want to make a return, you have 14 days from when you receive the order to do so.
Then you must send us the package with the sneakers through the company you decide.
Once we receive the package and check the status of the content, we will proceed with the return.
