Shipments from www.yumas.com are going to be shipped with GLS carrier and are being delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the time we confirm the shipment of your package. Deliveries are made within the delivery times of the transport company.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Orders placed between August 9 and August 18 will be processed on August 19 due to the holiday closure.
In order to avoid delivery problems such as wrong addresses or absences at home, it is important to fill out the purchase form correctly, indicating the telephone number. Otherwise, Yumas is not responsible for new delivery attempts or special package tracking.
The order can be tracked via the platform of the carrier GLS, for this you will receive a message from the carrier when the order leaves our warehouse, where you will find the tracking number.
Under no circumstances, Yumas will cover the customs tariff costs for sending and receiving the package in your country.
